ALL the meals were of high quality and absolutely delicious! I've had NO complaints whatsoever, and in actual fact people were commenting on how fantastic all the meals were, so.. "compliments to the chef"!
We found all the bar staff and waiters/waitresses to be very professional, friendly and helpful.

A very big thank you to you and your staff for you terrific assistance last Friday and compliments to the chef for the meals. I've not heard one word of compliant from anyone which is a fair indicator that all went well. Certainly from the RDCA Executive perspective everything proceeded to plan. The sound system was excellent; the set up worked match better and having the projection of the three screens kept people interested in the proceedings
I'll be back to you shortly about a booking date for next year. It was a pleasure to work with you and hopefully I'm around to do so again.
